About XetaCell

XetaCell was created to solve a problem that most valuation-driven businesses know too well: critical operations are often spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools that were never designed to work together. The result is friction, uncertainty, and unnecessary risk.

I built XetaCell from inside the industry. Before becoming a real estate appraiser, I spent over fifteen years as a private IT consultant designing and supporting cloud-based business and data management systems. Over the last decade, I have worked full-time as a licensed real estate appraiser. XetaCell exists at the intersection of those two disciplines—real operational workflow and modern system design.

This is not a generic CRM or a repurposed project manager. Every component is shaped by firsthand knowledge of how appraisal firms and AMCs actually function: orders, reports, schedules, users, payments, and records—organized into one coherent system built for accuracy, compliance, and control.
